In this episode, I discuss the difficulties many people face when trying to live as good Catholics. While religion is intrinsic to human nature and intended to be part of our daily life, integrating it with our ordinary, often secular experiences can be very challenging. It’s like being tugged between two masters who were not supposed to be at war in the first place. Catholicism requires effort, effort that pulls us out of our fallen selves and into a more virtuous existence. This process can be painful and is often met with resistance. I share personal anecdotes and highlight the importance of continually striving, integrating faith with everyday activities, and finding one's own rhythm in this endeavor. The journey is arduous, but it is through this struggle that we achieve true holiness and fulfillment.
